After three successful years of empowering women through mentorship, the WeSTEM+ Mentorship Program returns in 2026 with a stronger, more focused approach.

This new edition marks an important milestone:

What is the Program About?

The WeSTEM+ Mentorship Program is a 6-month structured journey (June – November 2026) designed to support women who want to:

  • Grow in their current STEM career
  • Transition into STEM fields
  • Step into leadership roles
  • Gain clarity and direction in their professional path

You will be matched with a mentor from the WeSTEM+ community, who will guide and support you throughout your journey.

What Makes This Program Different?

This year, the program has been:

  • STEM-focused — connecting you with mentors across diverse STEM fields

We are bringing together a community-driven ecosystem, where experience meets ambition.

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for women who:

  • Are interested in STEM careers (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • Have a clear goal they want to achieve
  • Are ready to actively engage in a 6-month program
  • Are looking to grow, transition, or step into leadership
  • Are graduates (junior, mid, or senior profiles)
  • Are ideally based in Luxembourg or the greater region

Program Journey

April – May 2026

  • Application & selection process
  • Mentor–mentee matching

June 2026

  • Kick-Off Event (hybrid) on Saturday 6th June
  • First meeting with mentor

June – November 2026

  • Monthly 1:1 mentoring sessions
  • Workshops on:
    • Career growth & development: “How to grow your career and reach your potential in today’s shifting world of work”
    • Empowerment & Self-confidence: “#IamRemarkable”

June – December 2026

  • Ongoing program support & mentor supervision

What You Will Gain

Limited Spots

We will select only 16 mentees to ensure a high-quality and personalized experience.

Commitment

To get the most out of the program, selected mentees are expected to:

  • Attend all workshops
  • Meet their mentor 1–2 times per month
  • Actively engage and take ownership of their journey
  • Complete program surveys

What Happens After the Program?

At the end of the 6 months:

  • You will receive your certificate of completion
  • You may continue the relationship with your mentor independently
  • You become part of the WeSTEM+ alumni community
