Are you a non-tech professional ready to take a confident step into the world of IT? BI Academy’s proven 12-week Business Intelligence program is designed to help you transition into a future-proof career in data.
After two highly successful editions in 2024 and 2025, BI Academy returns with an even stronger learning experience. Whether you’re changing industries or upskilling from a tech-adjacent role, this program gives you the technical foundation, hands-on practice, and confidence to succeed in the fast-growing field of Business Intelligence.BI Academy is delivered by WeSTEM+ and proudly sponsored by the Department of Media, Connectivity and Digital Policy (SMC) as part of the Ministry of State, Innovative Initiatives, Digital Learning Hub, the Ministry of Labour, and the European Social Fund.

We welcome motivated women and individuals from other underrepresented groups from a wide range of professional and personal backgrounds who are ready to pursue careers such as:
Business Analysts, Data Analysts, BI Analysts, or BI Developers.
Program Details
Duration: 15 weeks (including bank holidays and project preparation time)
Start Date: 7th March 2026
Location:
• Technical sessions delivered online every Monday, 18:00 – 21:00
• Opening and closing sessions held on-site at the Digital Learning Hub

Your Road to BI Academy
- Apply Online: Submit your application by 14th February 2026. All applications are carefully reviewed, and shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment.
- Online Assessment: Selected applicants will take part in a short online assessment designed to evaluate motivation, commitment, and alignment with the program’s expectations. This step helps ensure the best possible learning experience for everyone.
- Welcome On Board: Successful candidates will receive their acceptance and onboarding details and officially begin their BI Academy journey.
