Mentorship That Matters: Cohort 3 Begins
WeSTEM+ is proud to launch the 3rd Cohort of our Mentorship Program — a transformative journey designed to empower, support, and elevate women pursuing careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
We are thrilled to continue this impactful initiative for the third consecutive year in partnership with Goodyear and KnowThyBrand — two organizations fully committed to advancing women in the professional world and promoting gender equity.
🤝 A Trusted Partnership — Now in its 3rd Year
- 🛞 Goodyear returns as a key partner, bringing world-class industry insight and a strong commitment to the next generation of STEM talent. This year again, mentors from Goodyear will be matched with selected mentees, offering one-on-one guidance, career inspiration, and practical support.
- 💡 KnowThyBrand continues to power the program with expertise in personal branding, communication, and leadership, helping mentees gain the skills to grow with confidence and impact.
Together with WeSTEM+, these partners are building an empowering space where women are equipped not just to survive — but to thrive.
📅 Program Timeline
- Applications Open: June 2025
- Selection of Mentees: July–August 2025
- Program Kick-off: September 2025
- Program Conclusion: End of February 2026
🧑💻 This is a fully online program, making it accessible to women across Luxembourg and neighboring countries.
✨ What to Expect
WeSTEM+ will select 25 mentees to join this cohort. Over the course of six months, each mentee will be matched with a dedicated mentor from Goodyear, receive career development support, and be part of an engaging community of like-minded women.
In addition to one-on-one mentoring, mentees will benefit from:
- 🛠️ Workshops on mentorship, personal development, and empowerment
- 🤝 Networking meetups with mentors, industry leaders, and fellow mentees
- 🎯 Ongoing support from the WeSTEM+ team throughout the journey
👩💼 Who Can Apply?
We’re looking for women aged 18 and above who are:
- Entering the workforce and looking for direction
- Exploring a career change into STEM fields
- Seeking to upskill or gain confidence in their professional journey
- Actively job-hunting in Luxembourg or nearby regions
Whether you’re at the beginning of your career or taking a new path in STEM, this program is designed to support and uplift you.
